The interactive store has been designed and produced in-house by Porsche Cars GB, with the objective of immersing visitors in the brand. Gesture control screens reveal the story of Porsche’s cars, while features such as the ‘Sound of Porsche’ wall help customers to experience the unique character of the company and its cars.
The store provides insights into the iconic 911 coupe, the 919 Hybrid LMP1 race car, and the futuristic Mission E car – the first all-electrically powered four seat Porsche. “The Pop-up Experience offers every visitor the opportunity to explore first-hand the stories and legends that underpin the Porsche brand,” says Prosche GB general manager, marketing, Ragnar Schulte.
On display in the store are 911 GTS and Macan S Diesel models, with customers able to arrange test drives with the Porsche Centre Chester.
No sales take place from the store, with the space instead meant as an urban meeting point for Porsche enthusiasts and a chance for new customers to experience the brand at first hand.
