WD Partners has appointed Elaine Kleinschmidt as executive vice president of strategy and experience design; she will lead the Strategy & Insights team from the agency’s Columbus, Ohio, office.
The appointment is part of plans to refine the company’s approach to customer experience and customer journey design.
