Working with the client and with neuromarketing agency Instinct Lab, Hartmann Vonsiebenthal developed a new and informal customer experience.
It features individual consultation areas, a central product table with tangible products, and a consultation corner for digital services. A grey colour scheme is offset with natural wood finishes and blue soft furnishings and the yellow of the Postfinance corporate identity.
